ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed on 19.10.2020 praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned show cause notice in Na.Ka.No.1550/ ep/br/e & fh/J/M/k/kh/2020 dated 25.09.2020 issued by the respondent No.1 and set aside the same as illegal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner present and learned Additional Public Prosecutor is present. This Criminal Original Petition is filed, praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned show cause notice in Na.Ka.No.1550/ ep/br/e & fh/J/M/k/kh/2020 dated 25.09.2020, issued by the first respondent and set aside the same as illegal.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that show cause notice dated 25.09.2020 has become infructuous, in view of Section 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973(2 of 1974). 2/4

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said submission.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has now become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.11.2023 NCC :
