PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, to dispose of the proceedings in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.675 of 2022 within a stipulated time frame by this Court, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, to dispose of the proceedings in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.675 of 2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, issue notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioners herein have filed O.S.No.675 of 2022 before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, seeking for declaration and 2/5
permanent injunction in respect of temple properties. Pending suit, the petitioners herein have filed I.A.No.2 of 2022 before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, seeking temporary injunction not to alienate the suit scheduled property.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners herein have filed O.S.No.675 of 2022 before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, seeking for declaration and permanent injunction in respect of temple properties. Pending suit, the petitioners herein have filed I.A.No.2 of 2022 before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, seeking for temporary injunction not to alienate the suit scheduled property. However, the said application was pending for more than three years. Hence, he requests this Court to issue a direction to the concerned Court to dispose of the said application within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.675 of 2022, after affording an opportunity to the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
