ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 3 of Indian Explosives Act, in Crime No.103 of 2018. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant runs petrol bulk and on the date of occurrence i.e., 23.07.2018 some unknown persons threw petrol bomb on the defacto complainant's petrol bulk. The defacto complainant and his property escaped from endanger. Hence, the complaint.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a false case. Even as per the case of prosecution, no one is injured and no damage caused to any property. Further, this Court already granted anticipatory bail to the 4th accused in Crl.OP(MD) No.13966 of 2018, dated 03.08.2018. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur.
(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
