RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.9472 of 2020 by this Honble Court dated 16/07/2021 from the petitioners shall report before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders to the petitioners shall report before the Tirupur North Police Station, Tirupur District, daily at 10:30am or any other Police Station in the Tirupur District as this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SIVANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9472 of 2021, dated 16.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail on 16.07.2021, imposed a condition by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police (Kovilpatti Police Station, Thoothukudi) daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Considering the fact that there is a threat to the life of the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Tirupur North Police Station, Tirupur District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
