2.I have consistently taken the view that decisions taken in peace committee meetings have no statutory value. Therefore, the question of directing the respondents to implement the same does not arise. It is open to the parties to take action as per law. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
