[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13.04.2023, passed in in Crl.M.P.No.695 of 2022, by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has violated the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam and broke open the premises, for which, a case has also been registered against the petitioner.

3.Since we are unable to accept the conduct of the petitioner, the Writ Petition fails and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
