ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's temple namely Sri Athi Narayanan Temple festival which will be held on 01.05.2023 situated at Mangottapuram Village, Keelpidagai Kasba, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2023 undertaking that ready to conduct alternative date on 12.05.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably in the Peace Committee Meeting that was held on 27.06.2023. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
