[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the Petitioner's daughter, the detenue namely Vijayalakshmi, daughter of Pandi, aged about 18 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.807 of 2020 2.It is the case of the Petitioner that the detenue is missing from 11.09.2020 and despite a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2-Police, no action was taken. It is also alleged that the third respondent, who is the husband of the Petitioner has kept her in illegal detention.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue Vijayalakshmi appeared through video-conferencing and stated that due to difference of opinion, both the Petitioner and the third respondent are living apart and she was in the State of Andhra Pradesh and she has attained majority.It is further stated that she is now willing to go with the Petitioner. 4.In the light of the above statement of the detenue, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
