Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to grant permission for conducting Kabadi tournament at Panaiyadipatti Village, Tirunelveli District from 24.06.2017 at 11.00 p.m. to 25.06.2017 at 11.00 a.m based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Alagusundar For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Kabadi Tournament in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 3.It is seen from the records that on 06.06.2017 a representation has been given, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 06.06.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
