Heard both sides.

2. I have consistently held that for conducting temple festivals as per customary practice, permission from the revenue authority is not required.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions states that so long as there is no law and order issue, the authority will not interfere in the matter. The petitioner is only a poojari. The temple shall not be closed for any reason citing the inter-se dispute between the parties.

4. With this observation and declaration, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
