O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner had submitted the petition mentioned application to the respondents seeking permission to hold the petition mentioned event. The said request has been rejected by the second respondent. 3.This Court went through the rejection order. The reason set out in the impugned order is patently unsustainable in law and therefore, the same is quashed. At this stage the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no rival claim as to who should organize the event and the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be stipulated by the second respondent.
4. The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings permitting the petitioner to hold the petition mentioned event. It is open 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.11731 OF 2023 to the second respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions and the same shall be adhered to in letter and spirit by the petitioner herein. The learned Government Advocate is directed to inform the second respondent about the passing of this order without waiting for the certified copy.
