2.The petitioner is holding the post of B.T.Assistant (Science). Citing his medical condition, he wants alternative employment. The alternative posts, which the petitioner is seeking, are not falling within the Education Department. Therefore, the petitioner is not having any enforceable legal right as such. 3.In these circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
