2021 before this Honble Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2757 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1832 of 2021, dated 30.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditijon from 16.02.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
