2 W.P.(MD)NO.13037 OF 2022 Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to take steps to hand over the administration of Madurai Parsn Srishti Apartment Owners Association to their office bearers by taking action against some brokers who have unlawfully captured the office of the association building and to hand over the association office to the petitioner's Madurai Parsn Srishti Apartment Owners Association on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2022.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. According to the petitioner, the office premises of their residential association has been illegally occupied by some third parties. If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to give a police compliant. It is also open to the petitioner to file 2/4

3. This writ petition is not maintainable. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
