ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.456 of 2018. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with an Aruval and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is having two previous cases, in which, the one is for the offence under Section 307 of IPC.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is already granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Tuticorin. Unfortunately, he was not able to execute the sureties in time, therefore, he was arrested and remanded the judicial custody. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin.
