O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey the property situated in S.No.10/13B(0.04.5 ares) in Patta No.137, at Emmanampatti Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District by considering the representation, dated 2.5.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and patta was also issued in the name of Petitioner in patta No.137. Since the third respondent, who is the neighbouring land owner raised an issue with regard to the boundary, the Petitioner submitted an application on 20.6.2022 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra..

4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not submitted any online application seeking survey of the subject property. Hence the Petitioner's request for survey could not be considered.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit an online application and produce the acknowledgment before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of such acknowledgment, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties within a further period of 8 weeks thereafter. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
