This petitioner has filed this petition for directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 22.07.2021 and take appropriate action.

2. Thiru.Manikandan, SI of Police attached to Thirumayam Police Station is present before this Court. He categorically states that the petitioner has not sofar approached the second respondent in person. The petitioner appears to have sent a online complaint to the special cell of the Hon'ble Chief Minister and the same was forwarded to the Superintendent of Police which in-turn was forwarded to the second respondent. As and when the petitioner approaches the second respondent in person, he assures this Court that appropriate action will be taken.
