O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.PNo.28 of 2021 date 08.04.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was undertaken based upon the direction issued by the concerned court and during the enquiry it was found that it is purely civil dispute. A Writ Petition has also been filed by Sahaya Stalin and K.R.Srinivasan and on that ground, it came to be closed on 02.08.2021.

3. Since complaint has been closed, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11201 of 2021 before the appropriate forum. The petitioner can get a copy of the closure report from the Office of the Public Prosecutor.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
