[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 08.05.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that on 08.05.2016 a representation has been given to the first respondent with regard to alleged encroachment in Survey No.311. Further Survey No.311 has been classified as a Government poromboke cart track. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the following direction can be given to the first respondent. 4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the first respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 08.05.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of two months.
