2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. It appears that there is some third party objection. The respondent will hear the petitioner, the objector and issue notice to the interested parties, if any. At the end of the enquiry, the respondent shall pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
