4.Parimala : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to take appropriate action to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in S.No.96/27 of Ramakrishnapuram Village, Aandipatti Taluk, Theni District and consequently direct the second and third respondents to forbear the fourth respondent from put up any construction in the public street in S.No.96/27 of Ramakrishanapuram Village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition with an allegation that the fourth respondent is in unauthorized occupation of the Government land in Survey No.96/27, Ramakrishnapuram Village, Aandipatti Taluk, Theni District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Even though, notice was served, there is no appearance on behalf of the fourth respondent.

3. We direct the Tahsildar, Aandipatti Taluk, Theni District, to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07 June, 2017 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
