ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks bail, as he was arrested on 24.06.2018, for offences under Section 420, 494, 376(1), 498 A (b), 406, 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No. 5 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate submits that Act 14 of 1982 has been invoked against the petitioner herein. 3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
