The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to issue separate patta in respect of Survey No.201/6 alone. The petitioner has made a representation on 01.04.2025 and 23.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. In the light of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to conduct necessary enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 01.04.2025 and 23.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as other joint pattadhars, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
