2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathya Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that already a decision has been taken against the petitioner vide Na.Ka.No.123/2020, dated 06.08.2020. He further submitted that he would serve a copy of the said proceedings to the petitioner by today itself.

W.P.(MD).No.13594 of 2020 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
