This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case upon the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry a case has been registered in Crime No.49 of 2017 on 27.02.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 66 C, 66 E of the Information Technology Act, 2000 against the accused person.
4. The above said submission of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
