Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1141/A3/2018, dated 12.6.2018 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents herein to revert the Petitioner as Elementary School Headmaster from the post of Middle School Headmaster as per G.O(Ms) No.173, dated 15.3.1998 and the guideline proceedings issued by the first respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.5939/ETI/2001, dated 15.11.2011 in the vacancies at Panchayat Union Middle School, Sonampatti, Kadavoor Union, Karur District or any other schools in Kadavoor Union, Karur District.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in view of G.O.(Ms)No.165, dated 7.8.2018, the case of the Petitioner would be considered and would be accommodated, as and when vacancy arises. According to her, the respondents are willing to comply with the mandatory guidelines mentioned in G.O.(Ms)No.165, dated 7.8.2018.

2.Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
