ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur vide the letter in D.No.9313 dated 03.12.2018, this court made the following order: By order dated 20.08.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.1397/18 in O.S.No.83/18, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.9313 dated 03.12.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requested further four weeks time to comply with the order dated 20.08.2018 made in this revision.

3. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two weeks time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 20.08.2018.
