Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants action to be taken on his representation. The object of the petitioner is that the third respondent must conduct a public auction for the petition mentioned lands. It is stated by the respondents that auction was held some nine years ago and therefore, the successful bidders are entitled to the benefit of G.O(Ms)No.92 dated 03.07.2007. Therefore, they are entitled to remain in possession subject to payment of re-determined rent for nine more years. Therefore, it is not possible to grant any relief to the petitioner.
