ORDER
Heard, the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner got married to one Ramachandran and the said Ramachandran is said to have driven her out along with her child. The petitioner's husband is said to be retaining the petitioner's jewels. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint against him before the second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that no action is being taken.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent is ready to register First Information Report, based on the petitioner's complaint and take further action as per law.
4. The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent. Based on the same, the second respondent shall take action as per law.

5. Recording the undertaking given by the second respondent through the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
