(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings Notice dated 26.07.2021 and consequently, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament Scheduled to be held on 03.08.2021 and 04.08.2021 at about 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the festival functions of Tharmar Muniyandi Kovil, Trichuli Taluk, Mithailaikulam Village, Virudhunagar District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.13319 of 2021 2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the Government Order passed by the Government to contain the Covid - 19 Pandemic situation. 3.The petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation after easing of the situation.

4.With this above liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
