(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) The writ petitioner seeks closure of the TASMAC retail vending liquor Shop No.7024 in Pulavar Nagar, S.P.Pudukadu, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 12.04.2017 in this regard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.But, the writ petitioner is not in a position to highlight or point out the specific statutory violation that has been committed by the authorities in locating the TASMAC Shop in question. When the statutory violation cannot be shown, this Court cannot direct closure of the TASMAC Shop in question.

3.This writ petition is without any merit. It stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
