This petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant/fourth respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 02.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner to pay the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 26.06.2021, it was closed on 24.04.2021. 3.The copy of the closure report has been circulated today, wherein it is stated that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was under taken in C.No.308 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner himself given a statement that there is no harassment on the part of the third respondent herein. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10411 of 2021 third respondent police before the Superintendent of Police. He further stated that he has also shared the amount with other brokers, on that basis further enquiry was dropped and he also stated that no further action is required, since the complaint made by the petitioner itself came to be closed.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court feels that the respondents 1 to 3 have not made any harassment under the guise of enquiry against the petitioner and nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, as infructuous.
