Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the property dispute in respect of the land comprising Survey No.176/4, 176/5, 177/9 measuring of an extent of 93 1⁄2 cents situated at Kottakudi Keelpatti Village, Melavaniyangudi group, Sivagangai Taluk and District and further directing the 2nd Respondent to handover all the original property documents to the petitioner and for other reliefs. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Robinson For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohindeen for R1 and R2 Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

It appears that there is a money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent and there is also civil dispute with regard to the property.

2, Mr.Liyon Mohanraj, Special Sub Inspector, Sivagangai Town, Sivagangai District is present. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner and that the police will not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent as long as there is no commission of cognizable offence.

3. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
