2.By order dated 15.02.2021, the petitioner was directed to complete the investigation and file final report within 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that totally there are two accused and the second accused has been arrested and the first accused is absconding. He seeks 6 months time.

4. Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecution, 6 months time is granted. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
