ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate pointed out that as early as on 05.10.2023, the District Revenue Officer has passed order levying fine of Rs.7 lakhs. 2.The said order has not been challenged in the manner known to law. Only if no confiscation or levy order has been passed, the writ will be maintainable or not otherwise. The writ is not maintainable. 3.This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
