ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.T.C.No.70 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Pattukottai for the offences punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.T.C.No.70 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Pattukottai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued 08.10.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Pattukottai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Judge is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
