Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of SC / ST (POA) Amended Act, 2016 against the order dated 11.01.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.01 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Thanjavur dismissing the bail application in Crime No.1465 of 2020 on the file of the Adhirampattinam Police Station, Thanjavur District.
ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Senthil Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.S.Sethu Raman, Counsel for the State (Criminal Side) on Behalf of the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.43 of 2021, dated 18.02.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD). No.5440 of 2021 Court in Crl.A(MD)No.43 of 2021, dated 18.02.2021 regularly. He further submitted that the conditions imposed on A1 to A6 were totally relaxed by the Court below and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) No.43 of 2021, dated 18.02.2021 is relaxed in toto.
