Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2.The petitioner complains that even though he had taken regular bail, the fourth respondent is harassing him by summoning him to station in the guise of an enquiry. It is undertaken by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10727 of 2020 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the fourth respondent that henceforth the fourth respondent shall issue only written summon to the petitioner and not orally summon him.
