ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.364 of 2016, for an offences under Section 147, 294(b), 506(i), 406, 420 and 468 of IPC, on the file of the second respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case is transfered to the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madrai, is

directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
