Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent not allow to open TASMAC liquor shop which was already closed on the same area at No.1/116, Melatheru, Sikiravar Patti, Aanaikuttam, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2017. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent not to open TASMAC liquor shop which has already been closed in Melatheru, Sikiravar Patti, Aanaikuttam, Virudhunagar District, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.B.Pugalenthi, learned Additional Advocate General, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation on 30.05.2017 and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs. The first respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 30.05.2017 and dispose of the same on merits and also in accordance with law within a period of one month.
