ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash Crime No.65 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and Final Report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kulizhithurai on 21.07.2021 and the matter was ordered to be listed today to intimate the further development. 3.Today 24.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kulizhithurai has taken cognizance of the case in CC No.184 of 2021 and the next date of hearing is 08.09.2021 for appearance of the accused persons.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that cognizance has been taken by the concerned Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the Final Report, if he is aggrieved.
