COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the writ petitions.

2.In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3.We direct the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondichery to take a decision within 30 days from today as to whether it is in the interest of administration of justice, to permit the petitioners, who are undergoing trial for a murder case to practise as legal practitioners in the very same Court and inform the Additional Registrar General of this Court, the action taken report in the matter.
