*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ There is no challenge to the order dated 26.10.2016, on the file of the Tahsildar, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram
District. The petitioner, without challenging the adverse order, has come up before this Court with this Writ Petition. Even in the counter affidavit filed by the fourth respondent, there is a clear statement that there was no Mayanam in S.No.198/1B and there is no classification as Survey Nos.198/1A and 198/1B. In any case, there is no challenge to the earlier proceedings in this Writ Petition.
2. We, therefore, do not see any reason to issue a Writ of Mandamus, as prayed for by the petitioner. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the adverse order passed by the Tahsildar, Thiruvadanai Taluk, in the manner known to law.
3. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
