ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.D.A.Sugumar, learned counsel for the petitioner is before this Court through the video conferencing mode.

3. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent-Police submits that the respondent-Police had received a petition on 15.03.2024 and the petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered furtherance on the petitioner

4. In view of the said submission, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police.
