2. The learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that there is no encroachment and the land belongs to the private respondents. He further submitted that they have also obtained building plan approval.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
