ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.PRISCILLA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SELVAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- By order dated 05.04.2024, the revision petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2.15 Lakhs to the credit of E.P.No.42 of 2019 before the execution Court and that amount has already been deposited in a Nationalized Bank, so that it may fetch interest. The condition was directed to be complied on or before 05.06.2024. But the order was not complied yet. On 06.06.2024, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition was filed seeking extension of time for complying the above said order.

2. This petition is allowed and a further period of two weeks is granted to the petitioner to comply the order dated 05.04.2024.
