Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

2. Issuance of notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

3. I consciously refrain from going into the merits of the matter. The petitioner has given representation dated 20.05.2024 seeking appointment of one observer to observe the general body meeting proposed to be held on 23.06.2024.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader informed that there are rival claims. Be that as it may, the first respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's request on merits and in accordance with law within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
