This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to withdraw in Crime No.594/2015 in his file and transfer the same to the 4th respondent for proper investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court is of the view that it will be in the interest of justice, if the case in Crime No.594/2015 is immediately transferred from the file of the 2nd respondent to the District Crime Branch, Thanjavur for investigation. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to obtain necessary orders from the Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur and transfer the Case Diary in Crime No.594/2015 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the District Crime Branch, Thanjavur, for proper investigation.
