This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 805 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Without any base, the first respondent police registered a case in Crime No.805 of 2018, as against the petitioners. Hence he prayed to quash the same.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken cognizance and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.
