ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb and his properties in Survey Nos.78/25A1 and 78/25A3 situated at Paruthikanmoi Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.NH/18564/1525/2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
